In the last couple of weeks i've received notice that some people are unable to connect to our new host to play.
These are mainly players from Russia apparently.
To determine what the problem is, we need as much information as possible, so if you are one of the players that cannot connect, please post screenshots like the ones below.
Open a DOS-prompt and type in the following command:

Post a screenshot of the results here BUT FOR YOUR SECURITY sensor your windows username and the first few IP addresses and/or hostnames that reveal local network IP's, your own IP and IP's that reveal your Internet Service Provider, as i did in the screenshot below:

This could also be useful, in a DOS-prompt type in the following command:

You can stop pinging with Ctrl-C.

With that information we can see with our hosting provider what we can do about the problem.
