By making a purchase in our shops, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from making a purchase on our sites.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Refunds and Exchanges
Most of the items sold by CODE5 Gaming are "intangible goods". Therefore, please consider well if you want to deposit money/buy items before you do! Ask permission of a parent or legal guardian if you are below 18! At this time we can not accept refunds or exchanges, please purchase seriously.
You agree to not file a PayPal dispute before contacting our staff if you have any problems. If a dispute is filled without our confirmed knowledge in advance, the game-account related to the payment will automatically be banned. Consequently, if a payment is cancelled or returned without our consent, you still owe us the amount in question.
The products and/or services offered by CODE5 Gaming may not be sold or traded in any way by the customer.

All CODE5's rules and policies like (not limited to) TeamSpeak rules, in-game rules, forum rules, ... apply to customers as well. You accept that violations may result in the loss of subscriptions, accounts, "intangible goods" and their actual value.
